GetBlock is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to translate deep product and technical expertise into clear, compelling market offers. You’ll own how services, features, and new verticals are packaged and communicated, sitting at the crossroads of product, engineering, and marketing.

You’ll create go-to-market materials, train sales and partnerships teams, and stay ahead of Web3 trends to ensure campaigns reflect the latest product updates and market signals.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in product marketing / positioning / packaging for complex products.
• Web3 familiarity & ability to explain technically to non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating high-quality marketing deliverables (decks, one-pagers, landing pages).
• A researcher mindset: curiosity, trend awareness, and turning signals into insights.
• Confidence collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without formal authority.
• AI tools proficiency to speed up packaging cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Turn product into offers: partner with Product/Engineering and convert updates into positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Build core PMM assets: landing pages, pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, enablement docs.
• Enable Marketing & BD/Sales: onboard/train teams on new services and messaging.
• Stay on top of Web3 trends: conduct lightweight market research and share insights with product/tech and GTM teams.
• Support GTM execution: help drive campaigns and motions, shaping direction and quality.
