Job summary

Blockworks is seeking a Senior Product Manager to balance hands-on ownership with leading three PMs. Your product area will be determined by experience and impact.

You'll develop product strategy, grow PMs, and work with exchanges, institutions, and crypto companies to build intuitive, scalable products. This remote-first role offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PM experience, including 2+ years managing PMs.
• Experience owning products from discovery to launch, with APIs and data models.
• Experience improving product operating processes and building for sophisticated users.
