Job summary

The Talent of Tomorrow is seeking a fully remote Community Manager to build, engage, and support a global network of beauty and personal care professionals and brands. You will moderate discussions, create content, organize virtual events, and drive initiatives that strengthen relationships between talent and brands.

You will manage communities on Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit, and other Web3 platforms while tracking engagement metrics and feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven Web3 community management experience in crypto, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of blockchain tech, wallets, tokens, DAOs, DeFi protocols and Web3 products.
• Ability to develop and execute growth, engagement and retention strategies.
• Experience organizing AMAs, online events, community calls and campaigns.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex Web3 concepts clearly.
• Experience managing moderators, ambassadors, influencers and community contributors.
• Ability to identify scams, phishing, fake accounts and fraudulent activity.
• Experience monitoring sentiment, gathering feedback, and producing engagement reports.
• Familiarity with community tools, moderation bots, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
• Understanding of crypto security, privacy, and responsible communication practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours across international time zones.
