• Proven success driving website performance improvements through redesigns, restructures, optimizations, and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to discern high-impact business requests from lower-value requests.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with non-web stakeholders.
• Familiarity with content management systems, with Drupal preferred, and analytics platforms such as GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
• General knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Understanding of SEO and AEO principles, both technical and editorial.
