The right fit will have 2+ years of experience with web development tools, proficiency in HTML/CSS, and a knack for organization and project management. A background in real estate or finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building and maintaining websites, comfortable with HTML, CSS, and a CMS such as WordPress.
• Working knowledge of basic JavaScript and the ability to troubleshoot site issues.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as an email platform, social scheduling, basic SEO, and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve the company website, including page updates and performance.
• Create and organize content such as blog posts and email newsletters.
• Run day-to-day marketing across email, social media, and basic paid campaigns.
• Track website and campaign analytics and report on performance.
