Job summary

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in web content management; strong writing and editorial skills.
• Experience with CMS, SEO, and accessibility standards a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional writing, editing, and proofreading to produce clear content for diverse audiences and channels.
• Create and refine publication documents, marketing materials, and Public Roads magazine content with QA throughout production.
• Provide deliverables including marketing plans, newsletters, flyers, and web content across channels.
• Edit and format materials to meet branding, style, and accessibility standards; ensure alignment with Section 508.
• Upload, maintain, and post content on agency websites and intranets using CMS.
• Coordinate quarterly certification processes and manage web imagery as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline
