Systems Plus is seeking a Tier 2 Technical Support professional to join a dynamic, high-tempo environment. This full-time role offers remote work with some onsite presence in the Bethesda area, focusing on effective project management and governance across Defense and Federal sectors.

The position requires experience in coordinating project teams, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to the software development life cycle while liaising with stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for Public Trust Moderate (Tier 2) background investigation.
• Full-Time, Remote with some onsite work in Bethesda.
• Experience coordinating project teams and managing project direction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project team completes the project.
• Oversee and manage other PMO members.
• Provide overall management of project direction in terms of functionality, schedule and budget.
• Ensure adherence to PM and SDLC best practices.
• Manage team performance on project tasks.
• Provide budget planning, monitoring and control.
• Report status to Senior Leadership on a periodic basis.
• Coordinate project issues and dependencies; review architecture and product direction.
• Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the sponsor.
• Report status, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Liaise with current and future stakeholders; develop staffing plans; manage recruitment and roll-offs.
