Job summary

Empower Careers is seeking a Wealth Solutions Advisor for a fully remote role across the United States. You will help clients document and meet financial goals, consolidating assets with Empower while leveraging licensing and industry tools.

The role does not manage a personal book of business but focuses on delivering value through conversations and asset consolidation opportunities. Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $92,500 with incentive compensation.

Qualifications

• FINRA registrations required (Series 7/63/65 or 66).
• 3+ years of financial-industry sales experience.
• Exceptional listening, verbal, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of retail investment vehicles and retirement plans.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships by addressing customer needs and leveraging Empower products.
• Drive appointments to uncover outside asset opportunities and onboard them.
• Present holistic goal-based planning solutions for education, retirement, and long-term goals.
• Use Empower tools and conversation model to identify client needs and next steps.
• Manage time and pipeline to focus on opportunities with high likelihood of asset consolidation.
