Empower Careers is seeking a Wealth Solutions Advisor to help individuals consolidate assets and plan for financial goals. This remote role leverages licensing and advisory tools to deliver solutions in a high-velocity environment.

You will drive appointments, document conversations in Salesforce, and collaborate with advisory teams. Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $92,500 with incentive compensation; sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for licensed candidates.

Competenze

FINRA registrations required.
3+ years financial industry sales experience.
Exceptional listening, verbal, and presentation skills.
In-depth understanding of retail investment vehicles.
FINRA fingerprinting required.

Mansioni

Cultivate relationships by addressing customer needs and maximizing Empower products and services.
Drive scheduled appointments to uncover outside asset opportunities and onboard assets.
Demonstrate goal-based planning with education and retirement planning solutions.
Apply Empower’s conversation model and planning tools to identify client needs.
Manage time and pipeline to prioritize opportunities and growth.
Document conversations and follow-ups in Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate with advisory teams to consolidate outside assets and transition to the relationship management team.
Meet bi-monthly sales and conversation targets to earn incentive compensation.
Support various department initiatives and regulatory requirements.
