Job summary

Empower Careers is seeking a Wealth Solutions Advisor to work remotely nationwide, helping clients document and meet financial goals and consolidate assets. You will rely on proper licensing, industry tools, and a client-focused approach to build solutions that improve financial outlook.

The role emphasizes outside asset consolidation, appointment setting, and coordination with advisory teams, with performance-based incentive compensation on top of base pay.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7/63/65 registrations required.
• 3+ years of financial industry experience with demonstrated sales success.
• Exceptional listening, verbal, and presentation skills.
• In-depth understanding of retail investment vehicles and qualified retirement plans.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships by prudently addressing customer needs, while maximizing Empower products and service benefits available.
• Drive scheduled appointments to uncover outside asset opportunities and onboard assets.
• Demonstrate holistic goal-based planning to suggest savings and retirement options.
• Use Empower’s planning tools to identify needs and next steps.
• Manage time and pipeline to prioritize daily tasks and expand relationships.
