You will partner with Park Avenue Securities and Guardian Network firms to attract experienced advisors and drive recruiting programs nationwide.

This role requires 5+ years of experience recruiting financial service professionals, program management skills, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting experienced financial service representatives.
• Established program development/management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Source experienced Financial Representatives and wealth management recruits nationwide.
• Travel to meet recruits and partner with field leaders.
• Plan warm sourcing events and thought leadership activities.
• Collaborate on recruiting programs and go-to-market strategies.
• Deliver recruiting education and upskill sessions.
• Partner with internal/external teams as an Experienced Financial Services recruiting expert.
• Create recruitment content and GTM materials.
• Brainstorm ways to attract Experienced Financial Services Representatives.
• Collaborate on cross-team projects and strategies.
