Guardian Life is seeking a Wealth Management Experienced Advisor Recruiter to join the Field Recruiting Team. Remote across the United States, you will source and recruit seasoned financial professionals and mentor leaders to grow recruiting capabilities for Guardian Network firms nationwide.

Travel nationwide to meet recruits and partner with field leaders, deliver training, and create go-to-market recruitment programs. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience successfully recruiting Experienced Financial Service Representatives.
• Strong program development and management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting.
• High energy and enthusiasm for the work.

Responsibilities

• Source experienced Financial Representatives and wealth management recruits across the country.
• Travel nationwide to meet recruits and partner with field leaders on recruiting strategies.
• Travel to markets to execute warm sourcing strategies and events.
• Collaborate on recruiting programs and offerings.
• Deploy education programs and facilitate recruiting upskill meetings and workshops.
• Partner with internal and external teams as an Experienced Financial Services recruiting expert.
• Collaborate on recruitment content and go-to-market strategies.
• Brainstorm innovative ways to attract Experienced Financial Services Representatives.
