Ivy Health is seeking a Workers Compensation Authorization and Verification Specialist to join our remote team. You will manage pre-authorization requests, verify benefits, and coordinate with clinic front desks and WC scheduling to ensure accurate submissions.

Qualifications include 2–3 years in pre-auth verification, WC experience in therapy preferred, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office is expected.

• Experience obtaining authorizations & referral coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilités

• Submit authorization requests timely within EMR per guidelines
• Specialize in WC Financial Class and state/payer specifics
• Coordinate with Front Desk/WCCS for documentation
• Provide feedback on authorization timelines and processes
• Address denials and pursue denial prevention
• Verify outpatient therapy benefits and authorization details for same-day visits
• Assist training for new A&V teammates
• Run EMR/BI reports to monitor benefits and focus areas
