Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to plan and design treatment plants, lift stations, and related infrastructure. The role involves hydraulic simulations, reports, and permit support, working independently in a remote-friendly environment with occasional site travel.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, PE licensure, and 5+ years of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D and HEC software. Travel is quarterly on average.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an ABET-accredited university.
• PE Licensure Required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD or similar software is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design water treatment plants and wastewater facilities.
• Perform hydraulic simulations and process calculations.
• Prepare reports and permit applications for state and federal agencies.
• Represent Atwell in meetings and manage multiple project deadlines.
