Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute Water/Wastewater construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence while meeting contract requirements.

The role involves leading subcontractors and internal teams, reviewing drawings, managing RFIs and change orders, and maintaining project documentation to ensure successful North Texas delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7-10 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with Water/Wastewater or infrastructure construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
• Lead subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Monitor budgets, cost forecasts, and financial performance.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Oversee project closeout and final documentation.
• Support successful delivery of Water/Wastewater construction projects throughout North Texas.
