Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

The PM will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements, supporting Water/Wastewater division across North Texas with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with Water/Wastewater or infrastructure construction preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
• Lead subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and overall financial performance.
• Review and interpret contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and contract requirements.
• Track project progress and address issues affecting schedule, budget, or quality.
• Coordinate project activities from preconstruction through final completion.
• Oversee project closeout and final documentation.
• Support successful delivery of Water/Wastewater construction projects throughout North Texas.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.

This position will support the Water/Wastewater division, managing projects primarily throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area and North Texas. Projects may occasionally extend into surrounding North Texas communities.

Compensation & Incentives

• Starting compensation of approximately $110,000+ annually, depending on experience.
