Job summary

Alexander Associates is working with an established engineering consultancy to appoint a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. You will deliver municipal infrastructure projects while helping to develop client relationships and support a growing regional team.

Salary ranges from $130,000 to $180,000 depending on experience. The role requires strong leadership, project-management skills, and experience in municipal water or wastewater projects in a client-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental or related engineering discipline.
• Texas Professional Engineer license is preferred.
• Municipal water or wastewater engineering experience is highly desirable.
• Experience managing projects and interacting with clients is required.
• Knowledge of treatment, conveyance, collection or distribution projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage water and wastewater engineering projects from planning through construction.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Support the design of pipelines, pump stations, treatment facilities and utility infrastructure.
• Maintain regular communication with municipal and utility clients.
• Review engineering plans, specifications, reports and cost estimates.
• Assist with proposals, presentations and business-development activities.
• Mentor engineers and support technical development within the team.
