Job summary

Chem-Aqua is a field-based Service Technician role supporting boiler and cooling water systems for our existing customer base. This remote position requires hands-on testing, monitoring, and maintenance of treatment systems with a focus on reliability and customer service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of field experience with mechanical principles, is highly organized, and comfortable working independently across sites. Some weekends and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on field experience with mechanical principles.
• Experience in water treatment or related industries is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform water testing and sampling as required.
• Record and communicate treatment operations data accurately.
• Schedule service calls and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Report service actions accurately and timely.
• Diagnose water treatment equipment such as RO systems and water softeners.
• Assess system condition, identify malfunctions, and take corrective action.
• Perform routine maintenance: inspection, cleaning and calibration.
