Solenis, a leading water treatment company, seeks a remote, field-based Service Technician to support Chem-Aqua products. The role involves tower and coil cleaning, diagnostics, labs, and customer scheduling across the field. You will operate in HVAC-focused environments and manage heavy lifting and safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of field mechanical experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass drug and background checks. Some weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics on water treatment equipment such as reverse osmosis systems and water softeners.
• Provide routine preventative maintenance, inspection, cleaning, and calibration of system components.
• Assist in identifying additional service needs and opportunities for customized solutions.
• Perform lab testing and sampling as required.
• Communicate, record, and maintain information regarding treatment operations.
• Schedule service and sales calls and report activities.
• Maintain customer chemical inventory and handle physical tasks up to 75 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.
