Chem-Aqua, a Solenis Company, seeks a Water Treatment Service Technician to perform diagnostics and maintenance on boiler and process water systems. The role is remote with travel to customer sites, focusing on diagnostics, treatment optimization, and preventative service across various facilities.

You will schedule service visits, conduct testing, and implement customized water treatment solutions while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of work experience in a field using mechanical principles.
• Experience in the water treatment or related industry a plus.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and troubleshoot water treatment equipment including RO systems and water softeners.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspection, cleaning and calibration of components.
• Schedule service calls and document daily, weekly and monthly activity.
• Identify additional service needs and develop customized solutions for customers.
• Assist customers with lab testing and sampling as required.
• Maintain customer chemical inventory and handle routine material handling tasks.
