Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of work experience in a field using mechanical principles.
• Experience in water treatment or related industry is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, with some weekends required.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers solve real problems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).

Aufgaben

• Diagnostics on water treatment equipment: reverse osmosis systems, water softeners, and other water treatment/conditioning systems.
• Spot opportunities to improve water systems—stopping corrosion, preventing scale, boosting efficiency, and avoiding downtime.
• Perform on-site water testing & analysis (training provided).
• Determine condition of system fluids, identify malfunctions and take corrective actions.
• Provide routine preventative maintenance; inspection, cleaning, and calibration of components at assigned accounts.
• Accurately report service calls and schedule service and sales visits.
• Maintain customer chemical inventory; may include lifting 5 gallon pails weighing 55–75 lbs.
