Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 4–6 years of sales or chemical applications experience.
• Knowledge of Industrial Water and Wastewater processes.
• Willingness to travel within Illinois and visit clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-over-year revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling in the Peoria region.
• Identify and develop new applications within existing and new customers.
• Report forecasts and manage opportunities using Dynamics; monitor pipeline health.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service uptime and reliability.
