Job summary

NCH Corporation's Chem-Aqua unit seeks an Account Manager in the New York City area to identify, develop, and service water-treatment accounts.

The Water Treatment Sales Representative will call on existing and new accounts, tailor programs, and drive maintenance services. This is a remote position with a strong emphasis on self-management, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in water treatment, water hygiene, environmental health and safety, or secondary disinfection is a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills across locations.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software; ability to use computers and devices on the job.
• Must be highly motivated and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts and develop new ones by planning daily activities.
• Lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting within the territory.
• Promote maintenance services to Chem-Aqua customers.
