Job summary

The National FFA Organization is seeking a Washington Leadership Conference Facilitator to conduct leadership seminars and workshops for high school conferences. You will teach conference curriculum, counsel participants, motivate students, and serve as a tour leader during the Washington Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C.

This role requires two weeks of planning and training prior to the first conference and First Aid/CPR certification upon hire.

• Must be accurate, detailed-oriented, and able to problem solve/analyze.
• Must be computer literate and be able to make and receive phone calls.
• Must be confident in speaking in front of small and large groups.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all selected pre-developed content during each conference.
• Work with Corporate Partners, as assigned, to coordinate an in-person or virtual visit during conferences.
• Complete administrative duties such as completing expense reports, scheduling travel, etc.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with National FFA Staff on items relating to conference changes and updates.
