Job summary

National FFA Organization seeks a WLC Program Coordinator to support on-site implementation and supervision of student and chaperone programming during the Washington Leadership Conference. You will coordinate logistical needs, support facilitators, and collaborate with program directors to ensure a high-quality conference experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills, with experience in leadership programming and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all assigned pre-developed content during each conference.
• Coordinate in-person or virtual visits with corporate partners during conferences.
• Complete administrative duties, including expense reports, travel scheduling, and related tasks.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with National FFA staff regarding conference changes and updates, including feedback throughout the conference season.
