Job summary

National FFA Organization in Indianapolis is seeking a WLC Facilitator to lead leadership seminars and workshops for high school conferences during the Washington Leadership Conference. You will teach curriculum, counsel participants, motivate students, serve as tour leader, and address disciplinary issues as needed.

The role requires planning training, completing expense vouchers, scheduling travel, and coordinating with National FFA staff.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all selected pre-developed content during each conference.
• Work with Corporate Partners, as assigned, to coordinate an in-person or virtual visit during conferences.
• Complete administrative duties such as completing expense reports, scheduling travel, etc.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with National FFA Staff on items relating to conference changes and updates.
