• Request an approved missing detail without asking for unnecessary information.
• Connect photos and order references to the correct case.
• Explain the submission process in plain language.
• Pass claims and policy exceptions to the authorized reviewer.
• Record the current status and next owner of each inquiry.
• Follow privacy and attachment rules for customer materials.
