We Are Legal Revolution in Chicago seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Associate to handle wage-and-hour class/collective matters on the plaintiff side. You’ll run cases end-to-end, from investigation through trial, with partner mentorship and rapid growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• JD from a Top-25 law school or comparable standing.

Role: Employment Litigation Associate

• Build cases from the ground up (policy/pay-practice analysis, time/record audits, damages modeling).
• Draft and argue key motions (cert./decert., summary judgment, approval).
• Work with experts and co-counsel; manage discovery and depositions; drive resolutions.
• Base up to $250,000 DOE, plus discretionary bonus and full benefits.

Must-haves

• JD + strong academics: Top 25% from a Top-30 law school (or comparably high standing from another school).
• 4–10 years of plaintiff class action litigation experience (wage & hour preferred).

Nice-to-haves

• FLSA/state wage-and-hour class experience, certification/decertification briefing, and settlement approval work.
