Job summary

Latitude Engaged Professionals is seeking a Washington-licensed litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience to support general, commercial, employment and/or personal injury litigation matters on a completely remote basis. The position can be contract or permanent, and either full-time or part-time depending on the candidate's preference.

Applicants must handle discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation for civil litigation and be able to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience in litigation
• Capable of working independently and with a team
• Licensed in Washington
• Excellent academic credentials

Responsibilities

• Litigate across general, commercial, employment and/or personal injury matters
• Handle general case workup activities: written discovery, motion work, depositions
• Assist with trial preparation in civil litigation matters
• Work entirely remotely; contract or permanent engagement; full-time or part-time as preferred
