Automotive Warranty Network, Inc. is seeking an experienced VW Warranty Administrator to join a team of 300 warranty administrators. This full-time role offers the potential to work from home and focus on warranty administration for Audi dealerships, with a non-compete agreement.

The position requires prior automotive dealer warranty experience, performs claim reviews, bookings, submissions, and ongoing compliance across dealer networks using our CARS application. Remote work in the U.S.

Competenze

• Knowledge of DMS software.
• Knowledge of automotive dealership service departments.
• Understanding warranty accounting processes.
• Ability to read technician narratives and apply labor codes.
• Certified or trained in at least 1 manufacturer.

Mansioni

• Review claims for manufacturer policy compliance.
• Use the CARS application to resolve dealer compliance issues.
• Book claims and submit for payment.
• Close claims and reconcile differences in payment.
• Maintain clean warranty receivable schedules for cash flow.
• Keep certifications current and update on policies and procedures.
• Help dealerships stay compliant with manufacturer policies.
