Job summary

Rendever is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to assist participants, caregivers, and care staff with our VR platform in THRIVE@Home projects. You’ll shadow experienced VR support first six months, then lead study participant trainings and issue resolution.

You’ll coordinate training calls, log bugs, and communicate solutions clearly to diverse users while collaborating with Research, Community Engagement, and Product teams. This role offers remote work and health coverage.

Qualifications

• First point of contact for technical support for study participants and caregivers.
• Coordinate system setup, training calls, and support requests.
• Translate technical issues into clear, actionable steps for users.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and deployment of study systems and schedule trainings.
• Serve as the first contact for inbound technical support from study participants and caregivers.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions clearly to users.
• Create Bug Logs detailing reproduction steps, impact, and severity.
• Collaborate with Research, Community Engagement, and Product teams to resolve issues.
• Manage communications with communities and families, maintaining prompt delivery times.
