QuoteWell is seeking an established broker to join our team as a Vice President or Senior Vice President and help shape the next phase of growth. We’re looking for a dynamic leader who understands the industry’s challenges and is motivated to build smarter, more innovative solutions.

This remote role offers unlimited advancement in a flat organization and the chance to manage a sizable book of business across wholesale lines, with preference for candidates in or serving the Southwest region.

Formación

• Sizable book of business experience in wholesale insurance.
• Necessary licenses for your lines of business.
• Ability to handle high-volume deals, generating quotes and servicing policies quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in person and written.
• Organized and detail oriented with a pragmatic approach.
• History of being scrappy to close deals and deliver results.
• Willingness and ability to travel based on client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and new carrier appointments to grow QuoteWell's footprint.
• Support the continued evolution of wholesale operations at QuoteWell.
• Develop, maintain and cultivate client and agent relationships.
• Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business.
• Negotiate the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to streamline the policy lifecycle.
