Ladders is seeking a Vice President, Nova Performance to join a leader in the Healthcare space. The role will own performance strategy across a broad provider network, focusing on value-based care, ACO, and risk-based contract outcomes.

It translates data into action, aligns cross-functional teams, and drives measurable improvements in quality, cost, and total cost of care performance. Remote - US-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in healthcare operations (ACO, value-based care) or equivalent.
• Experience owning performance targets across large provider networks.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Nova Performance to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will own performance strategy and execution across a broad provider network, with a focus on value-based care, ACO, and risk-based contract outcomes. The role will translate data into action, align cross-functional teams, and drive measurable improvement in quality, cost, and total cost of care performance. It also requires close partnership with senior leaders and provider executives to strengthen accountability, resolve escalations, and support sustained operational success. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and drive performance results for all ACO and risk contracts, tracking quality and cost metrics.
• Set the strategic vision and multi-quarter roadmap to enhance provider performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams across provider success and performance functions.
• Ensure data-driven action plans are in place for every provider to address performance gaps.
• Partner with analytics teams to convert performance data into strategic insights.
• Manage escalation and relationship-building with executive leaders of significant provider groups.
• Collaborate across departments on clinical programs and total-cost-of-care strategies for alignment and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in healthcare operations, particularly in ACO, managed care, or value-based care.
• 5+ years of experience managing managers and leading multi-team organizations.
• Proven track record in owning aggregate performance targets across a large provider network.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable operating models.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for engaging senior leadership and provider executives.
• Exceptional data analysis skills with fluency in Excel and BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust across all levels of stakeholders.
