Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Business Transformation to lead major transformation programs and drive enterprise initiatives across functions. You will work with senior leaders to prioritize opportunities, orchestrate cross‑functional execution, and deliver measurable business impact.

The role emphasizes data‑driven decision making, change management, and strategic partnership across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, management or related discipline.
Ten years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role.
Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments requested.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation initiatives to support business unit growth and measurable impact.
Partner with divisional and functional leaders to prioritize high‑value initiatives.
Design and deliver transformation programs coordinating cross‑functional teams.
Lead process redesign with data-driven thinking and technology enablement.
Accelerate deployment of innovative solutions with technology and business leaders.
Apply analytical rigor to diagnose root causes and inform data-backed decisions.
Drive adoption and cultural alignment with proactive change management.
Serve as a trusted advisor with executive presence and compelling communication.
Track outcomes, manage risks, and embed continuous improvement.
