Ensemble Performing Arts seeks a Vice President, Studio Solutions to lead growth across our portfolio of dance and performing arts businesses. This role reports to the President, Studio Solutions and Events and focuses on performance, accountability, and execution across the portfolio.

You will own the consolidated budget, forecast, and P&L, set a portfolio-wide management rhythm, coach leaders, and partner with Finance, Marketing, Technology, Legal, and HR to advance priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 10+ years of progressive business leadership experience
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, and P&Ls
• Experience building management rhythms in decentralized, multi-brand environments
• Demonstrated connection to music, dance, and the performing arts

Responsabilidades

• Establish and lead a consistent management rhythm with portfolio-wide standards for project management, reporting, and dashboards
• Own the consolidated budget, forecast, and P&L view across the portfolio
• Lead business planning and performance reviews turning financial results into insights
• Advise, coach, and partner with business-unit leaders to strengthen execution
• Challenge assumptions while preserving leaders' ownership and autonomy
• Serve as a trusted extension of the President and collaborate cross-functionally
