Job summary

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a senior leader to establish a unified management rhythm across multiple schools and affiliated businesses in the US. You will own budgeting, forecast, and P&L oversight while partnering with business-unit leaders and Finance to drive performance and insights.

The role emphasizes coaching leaders, mitigating risks early, and simplifying processes by trimming unnecessary reporting and meetings. A competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading portfolio-wide PM standards for projects, reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L understanding.
• Proven leadership experience coaching executives and aligning cross-functional teams.

Business Planning & Financial Performance:

• Own the consolidated budget, forecast, and P&L view across the portfolio in partnership with business-unit leaders and Finance.
• Lead business planning and performance reviews that turn financial and operational results into insights and forward-looking actions.

Leader Partnership & Development:

• Advise, coach, and partner with business-unit leaders to strengthen their execution and financial management.
• Challenge assumptions and address performance issues while preserving leaders' ownership.
• Compensation range for this position is $160,000-180,000 per year plus bonus.
