Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a VP of Strategic Solutions & Delivery to lead consulting, professional services, and implementation for the casualty solutions unit. The role focuses on leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to improve operations and drive strategic outcomes across a 50+ person team.

You will report to the EVP/GM and partner with product, commercial, and operations leaders to accelerate onboarding and adoption while ensuring a superior customer experience in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, CS or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in solutions consulting, professional services, or related fields.
• 7+ years leading consulting teams or professional services functions.
• Expertise in casualty insurance, risk solutions, or claims tech.
• Proven ability to build trust with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience leading large-scale engagements and AI-driven transformations.
• Strong business acumen and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought leader on casualty operations and AI-enabled processes.
• Position organization as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Develop vision, strategy, and priorities for consulting, delivery, and implementation.
• Partner with commercial, product, and operational leaders to drive growth.
• Drive organizational alignment for a consistent customer experience.
• Design a technology-enabled implementation framework for onboarding.
• Lead automation and performance metrics to accelerate deployment and impact.
