Job summary

Alaris Acquisitions, LLC is seeking a senior originations professional to source, pitch, and close new advisory engagements with independent RIA owners. You will manage the full cycle from first meetings to handoff, building a strong pipeline for partnerships or sales.

You will develop referral relationships with platforms, networks, OSJs, TAMPs, and consultants while representing Alaris at industry events and conferences. A robust network and proven track record are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting independent advisors and firm owners in RIAs or related platforms.
• Bachelor's degree required; professional designations are a plus (CFP/CFA/CIMA).
• Strong network of independent RIA owners and principals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of independent RIA owners considering succession, partnership, or sale.
• Lead first meetings and discovery to understand owners' goals and outcomes.
• Present Alaris approach and Lens platform to win advisory engagements.
• Develop referral relationships across the independent RIA ecosystem.
• Represent Alaris at conferences and industry events.
• Hand off signed clients with complete, accurate records to deal/transition teams.
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in the CRM.
