Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Strategy to lead a multi-hotel portfolio across the Americas. The role is 100% remote in the USA with significant travel up to 60% and oversight of pricing, inventory, and demand management strategies.

You will develop revenue optimization processes, forecast and report performance to ownership, and mentor Regional Directors of Revenue Strategy. A 4-year degree and 10+ years in revenue management are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Revenue Management experience.
• Ability to build relationships across brand, corporate and property teams.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue strategy and performance across a portfolio of hotels in the Americas.
• Develop and oversee pricing, inventory, distribution, and demand management strategies.
• Provide governance for pricing disciplines and revenue optimization frameworks.
• Present performance and insights to ownership groups and executives.
• Coach and develop Regional and Area Directors of Revenue Strategy.
