Job summary

Unite Us is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead our product organization for the platform and product suite. You will set the vision, manage a team of directors and managers, and ensure products deliver customer value while meeting privacy and regulatory requirements.

This senior leadership role requires deep healthcare IT experience, platform expertise, and a track record of scaling teams to deliver interoperable solutions across government, health systems, and CBOs.

Qualifications

Leadership of multi-team product portfolios in healthcare or health IT.
Ability to translate policy, regulatory, and market trends into product strategy.
Proven track record delivering interoperable platforms (FHIR/HL7 eHR integrations).

Responsibilities

Define and communicate multi-year product vision aligned with goals and policy.
Own the product portfolio including ROI and investment allocation.
Lead and grow a team of product directors and managers.
Partner across functions (Engineering, Design, Sales, CS) to deliver on commitments.
