Job summary

The Carlisle Group seeks a Vice President of Staff Underwriting for a remote role in the US. You will establish underwriting standards, lead audits, and partner with BU, compliance, and product teams to shape AI-enabled underwriting and policy forms.

Deep experience in construction and contractor lines is preferred. Executive-level communication is essential as you manage third-party data vendors and interact with carriers and reinsurers.

Responsibilities
