MultiPro Property Solutions seeks an accomplished Senior Operations Leader to drive national growth. You will partner with the President to shape strategy, oversee multi-site operations, and build high-performing teams while managing budgets and change initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in leadership, financial acumen, and experience with private equity-backed environments. Remote with travel up to 25% and a strong focus on client outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site operations and geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience leading large operational organizations, preferably within service-based and contractor-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, budgeting, and operational planning.
• Experience leading sales teams and overseeing customer experience initiatives.
• Ability to take business initiatives from concept to implementation while aligning teams.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; MBA strongly preferred.
• Private Equity experience preferred.
