Job summary

Buyers Edge Platform is seeking a senior technology leader to build and run Corporate IT, cloud infrastructure, and security programs across the organization with a focus on scale, reliability and cost control.

The VP of Information Technology will lead an end-to-end security posture, cloud consolidation, and a unified operating model while collaborating with finance, legal and the CEO to translate technical risk into strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology leadership roles.
• 7+ years leading infrastructure, IT or security organizations at VP level or equivalent.
• Depth in AWS, IAM, and modern DevOps practices.
• Working knowledge of AI security and governance: securing AI tooling, data controls, and threat landscape.
• Experience integrating acquired companies' IT and infrastructure.
• Ownership of large cloud and software vendor agreements and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate IT and end-user computing, including help desk, device management, IAM, collaboration platforms and SaaS licensing.
• Oversee Cloud infrastructure and DevOps: AWS estate, container platforms, IaC, observability and CI/CD; consolidate cloud environments across brands.
• Manage systems engineering and reliability: platform operations, incident management, backup, capacity and cloud cost management.
• Lead security: build and run security org, vulnerability management, security programs, and AI security posture governance.
• Coordinate acquired-brand technology and vendor contracts across the platform; align with procurement.
• Develop a leadership bench and implement a single operating model for infrastructure across brands.
