Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Vice President of Extraction & Formulation to steer the entire extraction and formulation function across the organization. You will drive strategy, oversee multi-site operations, and partner with R&D and engineering to scale production of cannabis and hemp extracts, ensuring top quality and safety.

This remote leadership role requires up to 50% travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance new products and processes across Vape,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in biology, chemistry, or engineering is required; doctoral degree preferred.
• 15+ years' experience in operations, R&D or engineering in cannabis.
• Experience formulating consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the strategic vision for extraction and formulation across the organization.
• Lead initiatives to improve extraction technologies, filling and formulation processes, and efficiency.
• Direct multi-site operations to ensure consistency, quality across facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
