Job summary

Green Thumb seeks a Director of Food Science & Product Development - Edibles to lead the Edibles R&D team from concept to commercialization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Culinary Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Master’s degree or PhD strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a CPG/food setting.
• Experience in hands-on formulation and sensory evaluation.
• Strong leadership, relationship management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s new product strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Drive innovation and new product development to meet market demands.
• Lead a team of food scientists and culinary experts; mentor and develop the GTI team.
