Job summary

Quorum Federal Credit Union is seeking a seasoned VP of Cybersecurity to lead the enterprise program with governance, strategy, and executive reporting. You will partner with risk, compliance, IT, and business leaders while maintaining independent cybersecurity oversight.

The role requires CISSP and CSM, 10+ years in financial services security, and strong communication to executives and boards. This remote, US-based position offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CISSP and CSM Certifications Required; GIAC-GSEC preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience with senior leadership.
• Experience with security strategy, governance, incident response, identity, cloud security, board/regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, policies, and governance.
• Oversee information security risk management, assessments, and regulatory alignment.
• Establish enterprise security assessment and assurance programs with internal and third-party reviews.
• Lead regulatory, audit, and board reporting on cybersecurity posture and incidents.
• Oversee third-party cybersecurity risk program, due diligence, and contract security.
• Provide executive oversight for IAM, cloud, and security architecture standards.
• Own cybersecurity incident response leadership and post-incident reporting.
• Lead Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Cyber Resilience planning.
• Guide AI and data governance efforts for cybersecurity and data protection.
