Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a strategic Vice President of Product Design & Development to lead the end-to-end curriculum design and development lifecycle, from discovery through launch readiness, ensuring market-relevant, employer-aligned learning products.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team, translate labor-market intelligence into roadmaps, and drive scalable learning experiences that support job placement and credential attainment.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressively responsible experience in curriculum product development or related field.
• At least five years leading multidisciplinary teams and managing senior professionals.
• Experience translating employer needs and labor-market data into scalable curriculum products.
• Proven ability to manage product roadmaps and prioritize competing priorities.
• Strong executive communication skills to present risks and recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design and development of the curriculum portfolio across technology and related offerings.
• Translate priorities and labor-market intelligence into actionable roadmaps and investments.
• Oversee end-to-end discovery, design and development with QA and launch readiness.
• Build a high-performing, cross-functional team and govern performance and resource planning.
• Ensure AI, security and emerging tech are integrated into learning experiences.
