Job summary

Covenant House International seeks a Vice President, Program (Behavioral Health) to lead strategic development and oversight of behavioral health services for youth across the federation. The role emphasizes expanding access, improving outcomes, and reducing barriers to care with a trauma-informed approach.

Travel within the U.S., Canada, and Latin America may be required, and the position is remote with collaboration across sites.

Qualifications

• - Master’s degree in a clinical field is required.
• - 10-15 years of program leadership experience in behavioral health, preferably in youth homeless services.
• - Experience providing technical assistance and system-level leadership to affiliated or external behavioral health programs.
• - Experience developing and managing system-level partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development, implementation and oversight of behavioral health programs across Covenant House federation.
• Expand access to behavioral health services and supports for youth.
• Collaborate with site leaders to identify and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Develop partnerships with community providers to support ongoing symptom management and treatment.
• Oversee data collection and reporting for program outcomes.
• Engage youth input to shape programs and services.
