Job summary

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC) seeks a Vice President of Behavioral Health Operations to shape integrated care across a multi-site system. This executive will lead behavioral health programs, advance innovative care models, and expand access to whole-person mental health and substance use services in Washington and Oregon.

Qualifications

• Master’s level or professional degree in a mental health discipline.
• 10 years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations supervising staff and leaders in behavioral health.
• 7 years of experience in behavioral health administration, managed care, program development, service integration, and quality improvement.
• Professional licensure such as LMSW, LPCC, LCSW, PMHNP-BC, LMHC, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for Behavioral Health programs across YVFWC.
• Develop integrated care models and expand access to services.
• Improve clinical quality, operational performance, and financial sustainability.
• Lead teams across multiple sites with data-driven decision making.
