Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health required.
• Ten years of progressive leadership in adolescent behavioral health services.
• Five+ years directing multiple programs or service lines.
• Active Florida license in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or MFT required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee behavioral health and prevention programs with focus on quality and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop director-level leaders for multiple programs.
• Foster internal relationships to optimize operations and service delivery.
• Drive financial performance and grant/contract outcomes.
• Represent the agency with local/state agencies, managed care, and funders.
• Integrate behavioral health services across programs and partners.
• Lead strategic growth and expansion of services.
• Develop university/training partnerships to grow workforce pipelines.
• Maintain knowledge of Florida and related regulations guiding staff.
• Promote a trauma-informed environment for staff and clients.
